The Seventh National Ice and Snow Season launched on Tuesday at Kingyuetan National Forest Park in Changchun, capital of Jilin Province of China Northeast.
The ceremony also presented four sub-premises in Beijing, Chengde in Hebei province of North China, Sanya in Hainan province of South China and Shennongjia Forestry District in Hubei Province of Central China through the 5G video connection.
A series of ice and snow activities launched in the main place of Changchun, including the application of China ice and snow websites, the ice and snow season, the exposure of the achievements of China's ice and snow sports, the experience of the popular culture of ice and northeast snow and the exhibition of events and sports activities of ice and snow. .
As an important part of the event, the 19th International Ski Festival of Changchun Jingyuetan from Vasaloppet China Changchun Jingyuetan also started at the ceremony.
The event, including 25 km and a 2.5 -km Skiing Races, attracted almost 500 professional skiers and enthusiastic people who participated in competitions.
